Supportive. Collaborative. Shame-Free.

By holding space for your full self -- the identities and unique history you carry -- we will navigate your therapeutic work together.

MY APPROACH

Authentic. Supportive. Human.

Hi, I'm Ana (she/her)! I work with individuals and couples of all backgrounds and specialize in mixed-neurotype relationships, tech-industry burnout, life transitions, and identity issues.

I view counseling as a collaborative space where we work together to figure out what will be most helpful to you. My approach is a blend of holding space for you to vent, process, and be heard, while also offering practical tips and tools to help you feel better day-to-day. I want you to have as many tools and resources to foster the changes and understanding you're seeking. I show up as a clinician who is authentic, committed to cultural humility and anti-oppression, welcomes feedback, and is a big-time cheerleader for you. I have found that the best way to do this is to be compassionate, direct, blame/shame-free, and trauma-informed.

A woman is sitting on a beige couch in a modern living room, smiling while working on a silver Apple laptop. There is a small black dog lying on a blue blanket beside her. In front of her is a white marble coffee table with an orange candle and a few books. Behind her is a black metal and wood bookshelf with a potted plant, a framed certificate, and several books. The room has light-colored walls with two electrical outlets visible.

I am offering telehealth sessions at this time.

Do You Accept Insurance?

I am considered an out-of-network provider and provide Superbills (invoices submitted for reimbursement). Most insurance policies reimburse for therapy services and I’m happy to walk you through how to submit superbills.

Did you know that you can use your Health Savings or Flexible Spending Account to pay for therapy using pre-tax dollars?  You can also speak with your tax preparer or accountant to see if you could deduct therapy expenses from your taxes as an out-of-pocket health expense.
